Carol has been teaching yoga since 2010 and with over 1000 hours of training with International renowned teachers (Tiffany Cruikshank, Jo Phee, Mark Whitwell, Sarah Powers) who have allowed Carol to evolve into her passion for teaching slow and mindfulness yoga in the forms of Vinyasa, Hatha, Myofascial Release and Yin. In Carol’s classes, her goal is to create a safe and supportive space to invite the individual to explore a practice that adapts to their physical, mental and emotional states so that they can move with ease and effortlessness on and off the mat for self-healing and transformation.

Besides a yoga teacher, Carol is an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and Yoga Therapist.
