Mindfulness hands us a map along with a compass to find ways to connect deeply with this moment as it happens around and within us. Not only does it help dissolve tension and contraction physically and internally, it also provides clear insight into how we are.
An ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years to help us move from a restless state to one that’s more grounded, clear seeing and whole. It is also a practice we can take seamlessly from our formal meditation into daily life.
These classes are open to all levels from absolute beginners to seasoned meditators. Each session includes discussion and practice around each of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. The format is interactive, relaxed, explorative and playful.
There will be no asana aspect to these workshops so bring comfortable clothing and an open mind and join qualified meditation teacher, Bryony Lancaster as we embark on this 4 week meditation course.
