Rest & Renew, Winter Retreat
Come home again, feel whole again
Offering yourself time to retreat, particularly in Winter, allows a natural pathway back to feeling complete and in balance.
Are you needing some time to pause?
Perhaps seeking some space from the pace of life to reflect?
Or simply longing for a feeling of deep renewal?
Carve out the time to pause, reflect and take deep rest and feel the deep and lasting sense of renewal.

Winter is when nature takes its’ deepest rest. It’s also a time for us to pause and look inwards, and it’s a perfect time of year to surrender.
Winter provides an invitation for self-care and doubling down on our well-being as the seasonal cycle comes to a close. It invites us to listen in to ourselves and quietly take stock of how we are at the end of the seasonal cycle. Winter is a time to look back at all that has been and let go of what no longer serves us, and to clarify what it is we want to manifest in the coming months.

About your teachers

Bryony Lancaster
Bryony is an experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching for almost 20 years. Her teaching style is guided by her personal practice, which emphasises an inside-out approach to life. She has trained with various renowned yoga teachers from around the world and is qualified to teach different styles of yoga, including Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga, Prenatal yoga, Kids’ yoga, and Kids’ yoga therapy. In addition to yoga, Bryony has also been a student of AcuEnergetics for many years, which integrates various healing traditions into energy medicine. This has given her a deeper understanding of the intricate connections between our emotional and physical bodies, chakras, and meridian systems, which she incorporates into her yoga teaching.
Bryony is currently studying with Sarah Powers in a mentorship program that includes self-inquiry, Buddhism, and meditation. She continues to bring this wisdom into her teaching to inspire her students’ transformational capacity for yoga. Bryony co-directs Egg Of The Universe Yoga studio and whole-foods café with her partner, Harry, and aims to share her passion and insight with her students through workshops, retreats, group and one-on-one classes.
Bryony’s extensive training, personal practice, and dedication to self-inquiry allow her to guide her students in a holistic approach to yoga that not only strengthens and opens the body but also fosters a more accepting and relaxed way of being.
Aimee Pedersen
Aimee discovered yoga in drama school and began to explore the practice as a means for deeper self understanding and healing. She began teaching classical Hatha in 2007 and met her mentor, Tara Judelle in 2012. After studying with her in the style of Anusara, she continued her training most recently in the style of Embodied Flow (TM). Aimee teaches a strong flowing practice and encourages playful and honest self exploration. Her classes have an enjoyable and welcoming ambience. She believes that by finding moments of stillness on the mat, we can create more space, richness and joy in our lives.
