In this 90 minute workshop Bryony and Harry will guide you through an understanding of what meditation is, how it works and why it is so beneficial as a life tool both as a stress relief mechanism but also as a way to see ourselves and life more clearly.
Our meditation practice is a soft place to land within ourselves, to take refuge and to bring our fractured pieces together again so that we can turn towards each day feeling more grounded and resilient. Whether you’re new to meditation or need some inspiration to take your practice deeper, everyone is welcome.
