When we tune into the movement of the seasons we often notice our bodies crave different foods and there is a very good reason for this.
In this 90 minute workshop we will explore the theory and practice of the yoga of eating and the benefits of listening to the body as we are drawn to different foods throughout the year.
As we move into the season of spring, a time for detoxing and cleansing after the sleep of winter, a few key wholefoods cooking principles become the champions so we will demonstrate how to create simple but delicious dishes that support the natural instinct towards re-vitalising the body in the lead up to summer.
