Chelsey first began to practice yoga in 2015, as part of a fitness program. It was a as part of a lifestyle overhaul after being quite ill for a number of years. It wasn't long before she noticed that this practice began to have a much more profound effect on her mental and emotional health as well as physical.
After this realisation she was hungry to find out so much more about what was behind this beautiful and ancient system.
Being aware of the fact that attending yoga classes can be intimidating for many, she strives to ensure students feel welcome and comfortable in any class.
Chelsey's classes are influenced by her trauma-informed yoga training which allows for students to find their own path through class. She is also currently studying to become a yoga therapist as well as being a Canadian trained Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
