No matter the path you choose, our intention is to graduate amazing humans into the world to do great work at this pivotal time.
What does an average day look like on the Yoga Teacher Training?
Our full time option is held Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5.30pm.
Most days begin with a 90 min morning practice, then an hour break for breakfast. Following that will be a breakdown of morning practice, then a workshop and lecture series on subjects such as philosophy, energetics, pranayama and meditation and anatomy. After an hour break for lunch, an asana lab will be held covering anatomy, practice teaching and sequencing.
Our part time option begins with a 4 day retreat, with a similar structure to the full time course. It then continues every second weekend, 6pm – 9pm Friday and 7am – 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday.
